Tariff
High Season
Bank holidays, half terms, the last two weeks of July, the whole of August and the first week in September:
£500.00 per week.
The house sleeps four adults.
Low Season
The whole of May, June, and the first two weeks of July, and the rest of September and October:
£350.00 per week.
At any time during the remainder of the year - £125.00 per person per week with a minimum of two people.
A breakages bond of £200.00 is required for every booking but of course is fully refundable in the event of there being damage.
Regrettably access to the house is unsuited to the disabled or to young children.
